Each session lasts approximately 60–70 minutes. We also provide intensive longer sessions if there is a requirement The number of sessions varies based on your goals. Some people benefit from a few focused sessions, while others engage in therapy longer-term for deeper transformation.
7. What if I’ve never done therapy before?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee. This helps us honor your time and ours.
